Students can look forward to feeling connected with a community of women all going through the same life-changing experience and feeling connected with their growing baby. Sarah guides students in postures that can ease discomforts of pregnancy and meditations that help them find empowerment for giving birth.
Students reconnect and strengthen the postpartum body, take time to bond with other new parents and learn how yoga can benefit the baby.

The Circle: For Mothers is not a class, workshop, or seminar. It is a safe place to come as you are and share the joys and the challenges of becoming a mother.

This class is designed to help the birthing person and their support person learn techniques for communication and coping during the labor process.

Whole Mamas is a closed group for postpartum women. We aim to create a tribe of support for new mothers through education, guidance, community, connection, healing, and a Whole lot of love from two seasoned mamas and healers.
