Testimonials:

Sarah’s Prenatal Partners class was the best class I took in preparation for our first baby...I felt so much more prepared for what lay ahead and confident in our ability to get through delivery as a team. I also left the class understanding the value of flexibility in your birth plan/your idea of an ideal experience - and knowing different tricks and techniques to improve that experience. I love that Sarah stressed to us mamas that all birth is natural birth; she’s so right.

This class was beneficial to us for so many reasons, not least of all for the perspective and tools provided to my partner. He’s proactive by nature, so he really got excited after the class to be involved in the birth, once he’d been taught some tangible things he can do to support me.

Sarah was encouraging and gentle and open to answering all questions. We are better informed and prepared for having taken her class, and because of that, less anxious and far more relaxed and excited about what is to come! – Ashley

"My husband and I attended Sarah's 'Partners in Birth" class virtually and found it extremely thorough and helpful. Sarah guided us through the basics of what to expect in labor and then offered easy-to-understand details regarding relaxation & breathing techniques, birthing positions (which were demonstrated and practiced), comfort measures/acupressure points, and even helpful essential oils to consider. The materials she provided were so clean, well-organized, and easy to read; they came with us to the hospital for reference. Of the few classes we took to prepare for the birth of our daughter, we found Sarah's to be the most helpful." – Maggie
